Our primary focus is to teach young athletes important fundamental skills such as: strength, speed, power, quickness, agility, and conditioning in a way that is both safe and entertaining at the same time.

WHEN:   JUNE11TH – JUNE 28TH, MONDAY’S thru THURSDAY’S, 6:00PM-8:00PM

WHERE:   Litchfield Park on the field just north of the arena

PURPOSE:   To provide your child/athlete with the individual attention he/she needs to maximize their potential as an athlete and develop proper speed, power, quickness, strength, conditioning skills and techniques that will prepare them for all types of sports.

COST:   3 WEEKS OF FORM RUNNING, PLYOMETRICS, SPEED, QUICKNESS, AGILITY AND CONDITIONING AND STRENGTH TRAINING FOR ONLY $129.00!!!

INCLUDES:  24 HOURS OF TRAINING, CAMP SHIRT AND PERSONALIZED FITNESS TRAINING

WHAT TO BRING AND WEAR:
Tennis shoes and cleats
Large water bottle or sports drink
Wear shorts and t-shirt or camp shirt
